Get to know SHER-WOOD
a message from Justin Sherwood
In 2003, my family and I came to Southern New Mexico to visit relatives. We absolutely fell in love with Las Cruces, El Paso and the surrounding communities. The weather is gorgeous, the people are friendly and the food is delicious. So, through a rapid chain of events, we found ourselves calling this beautiful part of the southwest “home”.
Shortly thereafter, with a pocket full of ambition and a cabinet in the back of my pick-up truck, Sher-Wood Fine Wood Designs was born. I drove around to job sites and gave my pitch to anyone who would listen. I knew the talents and capabilities that I had and wanted to share those. It wasn’t long before I found myself very busy, and providing many builders and homeowners with beautiful cabinets and counter tops.
In just a few short years, Sher-Wood’s cabinetry, counter tops and interior design services have become an integral part of the southwest building community. We have grown from a small, humble corner of a borrowed office to the two premier showrooms in Las Cruces and El Paso. Though our company continues to develop and change,one thing will always stay the same; The foundation of our company is built on SERVICE, VALUE and PRIDE.
As we have grown, Sher-Wood has been blessed to incorporate the talents of many amazing people into our business. The finest staff imaginable is here to serve you.
